SAMUEL A McGUIRE, IV, AIA
PRESIDENT | DIRECTOR OF DESIGN
Sam has two decades of experience in master planning, architecture, historic preservation and construction administration, with an emphasis on complex project design. Sam has provided world-class architectural solutions to many private and institutional clients in the Seattle and Washington, DC markets, before returning home to Little Rock.
Sam was proud to participate in award-winning designs for the Paul G Allen Institute for Brain Science in Seattle, and in Washington, DC, the Medstar Georgetown University Hospital Surgical Pavilion, and the historic restoration of the Federal-American National Bank, constructed in 1927. In Little Rock, Sam was Project Architect for the Forest of Hope Family Peace Center and 44-Suite Shelter.
Sam received his Bachelor of Architecture, with a minor in Architectural History, from the University of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture. Sam brings a comprehensive knowledge of building codes, a talent for integrating structural and building performance systems, and a deep understanding of diverse construction methodologies.
